Customers control the Customer Data stored in the platform. Lock It In Pro processes that data solely to provide the Service.

Customer Data is retained while the account is active. Following account termination, data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Customer acts as Data Controller. Lock It In Pro acts as Data Processor. Lock It In Pro processes Personal Data only to provide the Service. Customers are responsible for lawful data collection. Lock It In Pro implements reasonable security measures and may use sub-processors. Upon termination, Personal Data will be deleted in accordance with the data retention policy. This agreement is governed by the laws of New York.
